- You have to be the owner of the submitted site
- Your site has to exist and not under construction or on hiatus
- Your site must not have any copyright issues (stealing copyrighted graphics, stealing contents, direct linking, copycats, etc.)
- You can't trick your visitors to vote for you
- You must place the Sheillucious Top Sites banner vote on your site right after you complete the submission form
- Members who break the rules will be removed without any notifications
