I haven’t whine much in my blog, so I guess it’s the perfect time to do that.
The days is getting more hectic and getting a little bit tensed. I’m gonna have final exams next week, but there are a lot of stuffs bothering my mind, and a lot of stuff to do and to get done. Means less time to prepare for the finals. A lot of stuffs that just got me real pissed… Such as (here comes the whining part)
I have 3 occasions that I must attend this week, or else my sunday school leader is gonna get mad at me. Commitment is a commitment, but it’s so stressing. We were surprised by a news K’Sandra told us, about one of ex sunday school teacher who did something to some of the kids parents. Can’t write here what she did, exactly… but it was something not good and she did it by using our names. That’s why we got so pissed about it.
My cellphone is broken. It’s dead. The only cellphone that I got. There are a lot of phone numbers I store there, and I don’t have the back up… now it’s history and I can’t contact these people when I really need to.
My statistics research methods class is doing this research during this semester and we’re gonna spread the quetionnaire in June at this village out of town. We’re gonna stay there for a week. But then we’ve just heard yesterday that a mountain near the village, Mount Merapi, just erupted yesterday… that’s really shocking… There are around 4,500 people living in that area and they’re being evacuated, we hope that they’re gonna be fine. If the mountain errupts when we’re there… I can’t imagine what we’re gonna do, so I’m still a little bit shocked.
Designing thing. I was online for 18 hours straight last Saturday to do this work. And no, it wasn’t easy, it almost got me flipped out just to think how the content can stretch when you change browser and how I should slice the images, and think of how the shadow can still stay on the sides even when the content strech. That was C R A Z Y. And I’m not saying that I’m playing smart. Cus I’m not. Bcus I’m stupid that’s why I needed 18 hours to get that work done. If I’m not happy about something, I would say it out loud. If after getting dizzy spending 18 hours in front of my computer without having any life at all on saturday night… and then you can’t show just a little tiny bit of an appreciation of it… I’m gonna say that I’m not happy. I object!
So there. I’m done whining. Sorry blog, you’re gonna have to be my junkbin this time. And thanks everyone for wasting your time reading this.
As usual when I post something on Friday, I always do that from this internet cafe at my campus during the break. And my fingers always get sore bcus their keyboards wouldn’t work unless you press them really hard. At least I’m lucky to get the one which all keys still work properly (hehe membuka aib kampus sendiri).
Anyways, last Wednesday I went to the immigration office to apply for my passport renewal cus it’s due this August. I wanted to do it before the World Cup 2006 starts next month. Huh? What does it have to do with the World Cup? Haha if you ask that question to the employees at Tangerang immigration office you’ll get the perfect answer. Learning from an experience 4 years ago (2002) when I took my brother to apply for his passport. Not only the employees were working sooo slow, we were waiting from the early morning on the queue until like about 3pm when it was finally my bro’s turn to have his passport signed and they suddenly said “Sorry, you’re gonna have to wait cus the World Cup is starting at 3, we can’t miss it.” Heh??? lol. The funny thing was that most of the other visitors there (the guys) didn’t mind at all cus they also watched it with them. And the women could only bite their lips and try to wait patiently eheh…
Well at least, for a month we’re gonna have less traffics… and my country’s gonna have something to get excited with and forget those RUU APP controversies and those other issues for a while… plus your guys will have a reason to spend more time to stay at home. Are you gurls with me?
