OUCH!

Ciella kidnapped me to go to this salon few days ago. She said, “You have to try the floss, it would trim and give more shape to your eyebrows without having to hurt yourself.” I was like, “Okay.” I had never been to this salon before. Its name was Sugaring Wax Salon. I was supposed to be suspicious there when I saw its name, but I wasn’t.

They welcome us and took us to a room with 2 beds. And then they asked us to lay down. But Ciella took her jeans off, I was like… “Hey, what are you doing that for?” And she said, “Hehehe sorry I didn’t tell you. I’m gonna have my legs waxed.” I laughed. Well, waxing thing wasn’t familiar for me, it’s not a usual thing to do… I guess… What I knew was that when women here wanted to remove hairs from their legs they usually shaved. So I was excited cus I got to see something new (hahaha norak banget deee sooo cheesy).

She insisted me to try it. They were like “No it doesn’t hurt at all. Seriously!” I trusted them so I agreed. But shesssssshhhhhhhhh… It DID HURT!!! That was the most serious torture EVER! Ouch! Ouch! OUCH! AaaAaaAaa! I couldn’t stop screaming everytime they pulled that paper thing off my skin, I almost cried! After that, Ciella said she wanted to have bikini wax. I was like “What’s that?” My eyes got bigger and bigger when she tried to explain it to me. I saw the process when they did it to her and I had my mouth open as wide as Tondano Lake. I can’t imagine how that feels and I don’t want to imagine it! When they insisted me to have it too, I didn’t want to trust them anymore… But they kept pushing me and held my legs so I had to run outside still with my towel on!

Sorry! I’ll think about that later but I’m not ready for that one yet now!

    aku sering wax sheil dulu aku beli sendiri wax creamnya hehehe, sampe uda bebal kakinya ditarik2 bulunya pake lilin itu…

    trus dulu yah aku suka ke pasar baru yg deket daerah kota sana, disana, selaen wax, mereka juga cabut bulu armpit, bulu alis dan bulu kaki (kalo mao, tapi lama) pake benang! yes, benang yg buat jahit baju itu… mereka gesek2in itu benang ke bulu kita yg sebelumnya uda dikasih bedak pemutih dulu… aku bilank sih dibikinin alis pake benang ini ga gitu sakit, lebih sakit wax…

    tapi bikini wax… whoaaaa tak mao!! sensitive area!!

    so kamu ada wax ga?? or nothin at all?? kalo gakmao jgn dipaksa hehehe

    Wah iya tuh sering denger yang di Pasar Baru, soale temen2ku banyak yg ke sana langganan cabutin kumis. Serius!!!

    HAHAHA your story is so funny, I once bought a waxing product, but it didn’t worked very well. And it also didn’t hurt, but I think I did it wrong hahah.

    OMG! You poor girl. I have a higher tolerance for pain so waxing doesn’t bother me as much. But I hate it when people say that it doesn’t hurt because it SOOOOO does! Good thing you ran out of there before they gave you a bikini wax too. O_O!!!

    Hahahahaha. It was such pain but actually I’m happy caressing my legs, they’re really smooth hahaha

    oh goodness. your first experience with wax! when i was in cosmo i used hot wax all the time on my eyebrows. after you get used to it seriously it doesn’t hurt. but i remember my first time i was like “is it gonna burn my skin?” i was scared hehe i don’t blame you for not doing your bikini i wouldn’t either!

    I had threading/floss for my eyebrows. Hot wax for eyebrows, I thought it could be dangerous, esp. for your eyes?

    Ouch waxing does suck, :grr: I only get my eyebrows waxed like 2-4 times a month

    2-4 times a month? That’s a lot! I used to pluck my eyebrows uhmmm… only when Ciella reminded me.
