Sorry I haven’t posted for such a long time! I’m not really good at blogging yet! Is my life really that interesting to read?
But I’ll keep on posting to keep Marie happy
Ok… what do you want me to write… ummm few days ago I went shopping with Agnes. We went to Plaza Senayan. Agnes’ brother (Nuel) has a girlfriend who work at Celine at that mall so we visited her when we were there. Her name is Mbak Vira. She was very surprised when we got there. We noticed that she was very busy cus even tho there were only 2 visitors at that time, when they left, there would be other visitors came, it kept goin on like that so she barely had a chance to sit down and talk to us.
We didn’t get bored tho, we had fun criticizing every single person who came there… eheh… There was this old lady who dressed up like a 25 year old woman with her tight animal print legging and sunglasses. OK, I understand that sometimes people use sunglasses at malls but I didn’t get it why she had to wear them when she went to the fitting room. Me and Agnes were laughing about it, and also because the pants that she brought with her to the fitting room was very weird to us, even if you tried to explain it to me many times I would never get it why someone wanted to wear something like that. The pants were brown, with black squares covering every single area of it, VERY TIGHT, ankle cut, and it even had a hand bag with the same pattern to match it!!! The lady finally decided to buy both the pants and the hand bag, they both cost $1500 in total. Me and Agnes were like… sheesh, if we had those amount of money to spend on clothes we would go to other places where we could get hundreds different cuter and nicer outfits, at least something that we can wear without feeling ashamed of it…
Anyways, Mbak Vira finally took us to Saint Cinnamon cafe and treated us with latte and apple cinnamon. She was very nice to us. After she left us to continue working, I told Agnes that I really agreed on her brother’s choice. Agnes said “That must be because she just treated you.” Uhmmm…. not really hehe.
I had my 22nd birthday few weeks ago on June 22nd. The same day as Jakarta, the city where I live celebrate its birthday as well. I was so happy since 12 am I had been receiving text messages on my cell phone from my friends wishing me a happy birthday, even my old friends from middle school and high schools, and of course Marie! Hehehe. And I got a birthday wish in my blog from her as well and Zahira. Thanks so much girls! Marie was so cute, she wrote her birthday wishes for me in my language (Indonesian) hehehe I have no idea where she got those from, hehe. But it really surprised me and I loved it so much ^-^ Most of the wishes that I got from my friends in my cell phone were telling me to get a boyfriend ASAP (yeah yeah). If anyone could stop telling me to have a boyfriend cus I don’t think I need any guys in my life at the moment.
When I arrieved at my office, I was late. My boss came to me, I thought he was gonna tell me not to be late anymore but he grabbed my hand and said “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!”. I was surprised that he knew, and all of the people there shook my hand and wished me happy birthday. Hehehe I was so happy.
In the evening, I had a small party with my closest friends at Dixie, a restaurant at Citos.. Since we just got back from work so most of us was still wearing our work outfit including me, but it was so cool cus we looked like some mature career women (hehehe). There were Lia, Agnes, Oline, Yessy, Bea, Putri, Pithe, Christine, Manda, Novan (Bea’s boyfriend), Marvy (Lia’s boyfriend), Ernest, and Nathan (Oline’s boyfriend). We were so loud at that restaurant, VERY LOUD, they wouldn’t believe that we were celebrating my 22 bday… cus we were so noisy acting like 15 year old girls, ehehhh. I wish that being 22 I can be a lot more mature than ever before…
